Return Policy

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact silkybodyandbathllc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your name & order number in the subject of the email.

Returns are not accepted.

Damaged Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at silkybodyandbathllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo showing the item’s condition. Damaged items are addressed on a case-by-case basis, but I will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
 

Melted Or Prematurely Activated Items 

Silky Body & Bath, LLC is not responsible for any products melting or activating prematurely if package is left out in unideal weather conditions. The items that are temperature or humidity sensitive (body butters, sugar scrubs, bath bombs, bath dust, etc.) will be identified in the listing description.

 

Silky Body & Bath, LLC reserves the right to deny unreasonable requests for refund/exchange at my discretion.
