What is Silky Body & Bath?

Silky Body & Bath is a woman-owned small business based out of Pennsylvania! All products are handmade by me, 

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 10 business days. A reminder that I do have a full time job and my products are handmade, so I do have a longer processing time.

How can I track my order?

After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information.

Can I change something about my order and or cancel it?

Please email silkybodyandbathllc@gmail.com with the correct information & your order number ASAP (within 1 businesses day)! After that, the items in your order have already either been made or processed.

Can I cancel my order?

I do not offer cancellations, exchanges, returns or order changes.

My order is showing as delivered, but I have not received it yet. What do I do? 

If your order states that it is delivered but you haven't received it please wait up to 7 business days to see if your package arrives.

I waited 7 business days and my order still hasn't arrived, what do I do?

If your order doesn't arrive please reach out to UPS or USPS so they can better assist you! Unfortunately, we are unable to resend your order. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email silkybodyandbathllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.

Do you wholesale your products?

Yes, Silky Body & Bath products are available on Faire

Do you ship worldwide?

Sadly I do not. US only.

I received damaged items, what do I do?
If your item was damaged during transit please reach out to us via email within 7 days of the delivered date.
